上海第二机床厂针对本厂主导产品“C6150型普通车床”自行设计,制造了一台组合式成型导轨磨床,用于床身导轨面的精加工,使六个导轨表面一次成型磨出。该机床的工作台采用液压传动,进给量可以无级调速,辅以静液压导轨润滑。行程速度v_(粗磨)=17~18公尺/分;v_(精磨)=2公尺分/左右。本机床加工床身精度: 直线性:1米0.015毫米,扭曲度:1米0.01毫米。加工效率: 加工2米床身约2小时,比刮研提高效率10多倍,比用端磨提高效率4~5倍。以下介绍该机床的砂轮主轴与修整器结构。砂轮主轴结构参见图1。成型砂轮根据工件的形状、尺寸由几个单片砂轮拼合而成,砂轮
