目的:探讨阿米卡星在健康家免和烫伤家兔动、静脉血中药动学参数的差异,为临床合理用药提供理论依据。方法:采用荧光偏振免疫分析法测定iv阿米卡星(22.5mg/kg)后不同时间健康和烫伤面积大于20%的家兔动、静脉血药浓度。结果:阿米卡星在健康和烫伤家兔的动、静脉血中分布均符合二室模型。经统计学处理,表观分布容积(VC)和清除率(Cl)有显著差异。结论:阿米卡星用于烫伤治疗时应监测血药浓度。
Objective: To investigate the difference of pharmacokinetic parameters of amikacin in arterial and venous blood of healthy home-free and scalded rabbits, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods: Fluorescence polarization immunoassay was used to determine the arterial and venous blood concentration in rabbits with more than 20% health and scald at different times after iv amikacin (22.5mg / kg). Results: The distribution of amikacin in both arterial and venous blood of healthy and scalded rabbits accorded with two-compartment model. Statistically, the apparent volume of distribution (VC) and clearance (Cl) were significantly different. Conclusion: Amikacin should be used to monitor blood concentration for scald treatment.
