目的探讨HIWI在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与病理分级的相关性。方法收集具有病理明确分级的WHOⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织各10例,另取12例正常脑组织(来源于脑外伤行内减压术患者)作正常对照,用免疫组织化学染色、RT-PCR及Western blot检测HIWI在正常脑组织及各级胶质瘤组织中的表达水平。结果在胶质瘤组织中HIWI表达增高,与胶质瘤恶性程度呈正相关,且在Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤中表达水平显著强于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级胶质瘤。结论 HIWI在胶质瘤组织中高表达,可能与胶质瘤的发生、发展密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of HIWI in human glioma and its correlation with pathological grade. Methods Totally 10 cases of WHO grade I, II, III and IV glioma with pathologically distinct grade were collected, and 12 cases of normal brain tissue (derived from internal decompression of traumatic brain injury) were selected as normal controls. Immunohistochemical staining The expression of HIWI in normal brain tissue and glioma tissues was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. Results The expression of HIWI in glioma tissues was increased, which was positively correlated with the malignant degree of gliomas. The expression of HIWI in grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ gliomas was significantly higher than that in grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ gliomas. Conclusion HIWI is highly expressed in glioma tissues and may be closely related to the occurrence and development of gliomas.
