The “International Conference on Fracture (ICF) Beijing International Symposium on Fracture Mechanics” co-sponsored and organized by the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and the Chinese Society of Mechanics began on November 21, 1983 and lasted for four days and ended on November 25.
