用免疫酶法对31例宫颈癌病人及53例对照组血清进行了抗HSV抗体检测,结果宫颈癌组的抗HSV—2抗体阳性率及抗体滴度远较对照组高。有15例宫颈癌病人血清并用免疫酶法及中和试验检测抗HSV抗体,二法测得HSV型别完全一致的12例(80%),唯用免疫酶法测得的抗体滴度均较中和试验高出1—4个倍比滴度。
Anti-HSV antibodies were detected by immunoenzymatic method in 31 cases of cervical cancer patients and 53 cases of control group. The positive rate of anti-HSV-2 antibody and antibody titer in cervical cancer group were much higher than those in control group. There were 15 cases of serum of patients with cervical cancer and the detection of anti-HSV antibodies by immunoenzyme and neutralization test, 12 cases (80%) with identical HSV type by the second method, the antibody titers Neutralization test 1-4 times higher than the titer.
