为了明确不同剪切方式对沥青面层与半刚性基层层间抗剪切性能的影响,本文拟自行研发室内试验用斜剪、直剪和扭剪试验仪器,分别对不同沥青面层与半刚性基层层间处置措施进行抗剪切性能测试。试验结果表明:沥青面层与半刚性基层层间抗剪切能力是由沥青的粘结力与集料之间的摩阻力构成,为了达到层间抗剪切性能最佳,两者存在一个最佳的比例,任一方超过该比例层间的抗剪切性能均会下降;3种剪切方式中,扭剪试验对层间状态的变化更为敏感;对于本次试验,当乳化沥青洒布量为1.0L/m2、碎石粒径为5~10mm、碎石洒布量为60%时,沥青面层与半刚性基层层间联结抗剪切性能最佳。
In order to clarify the influence of different shearing methods on the shear resistance between asphalt pavement and semi-rigid base layer, this paper intends to develop a series of laboratory tests using oblique shear, direct shear and torsional shear test equipment, respectively, for different asphalt pavement and semi-rigid Grassroots interlamination disposal measures shear resistance test. The experimental results show that the shear resistance between the asphalt surface and the semi-rigid base layer is composed of the bond strength of asphalt and the frictional resistance between the aggregates. In order to achieve the best shear resistance between layers, Good ratio, the shear resistance of any one of the layers exceeding the ratio will decrease. In the three shear modes, the torsional shear test is more sensitive to the change of interlayer state.
