瑞士国政府对学前教育极为重视。他们的口号是:“婴幼儿是我们明天的世界。”瑞士的幼儿园,招收4~6岁的幼儿入园。一般每周开园5天,幼儿在园每天4小时,每班幼儿人数在26~30之间。幼儿园有着一流的设备,设施配套应有尽有。园内大多是平房,并配有花园,是孩子们玩沙、荡秋千、做各类游戏的场所。幼儿在幼儿园里自由、宽松、无束缚。幼儿园教职工多是女性,都受过中等专业教育或职业培训。《幼儿园纲要》是国家以法律作保护规定执行的。大纲的目标是帮助孩子完成家庭向学校的自然过渡,帮助他们适应社会生活。大纲能最大限度地发挥教师的主观能动性,没有规定的课程表。师生可在大纲规
