“北方软件园”一期的主要设计理念来自对商业科技与生态环境的思考,期望以科技的、清新的、在光与影的变幻中整台属于科技创业者们的乌托邦式的空间,形成这一群体活动并赖以生存的个性社区。本方案原始设计以软件发展中心为核心,置于城市干道与商业城之间,承担对外交流、展示之重任。而商业部分A、B、C、D区各有自己(后侧)的服务核心,前部预留了宽达20米的道路。其室内、室外、灰空间与设计依以下几个要素展开。
