目的:观察蛇黄肝炎合剂联合阿德福韦酯片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的患者,采用数字卡片法随机分为2组,治疗组49例口服阿德福韦酯片及蛇黄肝炎合剂治疗,对照组42例仅口服阿德福韦酯片,疗程均为48周。观察治疗前后患者中医证候改善情况,监测其肝功能、血清HBV-M和HBV DNA变化。结果:2组治疗后各中医主要症状积分均明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组治疗后3项肝功能指标均明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后HBeAb阳转率治疗组为46.15%,对照组为26.47%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。而2组HBeAg阴转率、HBV DNA阴转率比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:蛇黄肝炎合剂联合阿德福韦酯片治疗慢性乙型肝炎可显著提高HBeAg的血清转换率,改善患者的中医证候,疗效肯定。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of snake yellow mixture and adefovir dipivoxil on chronic hepatitis B. Methods: The patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital card method. In the treatment group, 49 cases were treated with adefovir dipivoxil tablets and snake Huang Hehuang mixture. In the control group, only adefovir dipivoxil tablets were taken orally, The course of treatment was 48 weeks. To observe the improvement of TCM syndromes before and after treatment, monitor the liver function, serum HBV-M and HBV DNA. Results: After treatment, the scores of main symptoms of TCM were significantly improved, with significant difference compared with those before treatment (P <0.01). There was a significant or significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P <0.05, P <0.01). After treatment, the three indexes of liver function in both groups were significantly improved, which were significantly different from those before treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, HBeAb positive rate was 46.15% in the treatment group and 26.47% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the negative rate of HBeAg and the negative rate of HBV DNA (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of chronic hepatitis B with snake liver mixture and adefovir dipivoxil can significantly improve the seroconversion rate of HBeAg and improve the TCM syndromes of patients, and the curative effect is definite.
