一、磷酸盐涂层的重量控制表1～3表示各种磷酸涂层的操作条件与重量。表1仅涉及到喷涂磷酸盐。磷酸铁与磷酸锌涂层都是作为油漆的基底。通过比较零件的表面积与控制每小时的产量可以获得均匀的涂层重量,这表明零件的尺寸、生产的时间与涂层的重量之间的相关性是显然的。所有的应用实例中,被涂敷的材料都是低碳钢板。表3列出了为提高耐磨性而进行磷化处理的实例。
First, the phosphate coating weight control Table 1 to 3 shows the operating conditions and weight of various phosphate coating. Table 1 only refers to the phosphate sprayed. Iron phosphate and zinc phosphate coatings are used as the paint base. A uniform coating weight can be obtained by comparing the surface area of the part with the hourly throughput, which shows that the correlation between the size of the part, the time of production, and the weight of the coating is evident. In all application examples, the material to be coated is a mild steel plate. Table 3 lists examples of phosphating to improve wear resistance.
