患者女,28岁。因停经10周人流术后3周仍有早孕反应,疑宫外孕于1989年1月28日入院。患者末次月经1988年11月18日,有早孕反应。1989年1月5日在当地医院施行人工流产手术,刮出绒毛组织,二天后仍有早孕反应,再行清宫术,未刮出组织物。但术后三周仍有恶心呕吐,无阴道流血,于1月27日在当地医院再行清宫术,刮出少许坏变组织,病理报告为蜕变组织,疑宫外孕转送本院。体
