同志们: 1999年全国中医药工作厅局长会议今天开幕了。这次会议的主要任务是:以邓小平理论和党的十五大精神为指导,结合落实《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定》,总结1998年并部署1999年的中医药工作。根据当前形势和中医药工作的实际,本次会议将着重研究两个议题:一是如何贯彻《国务院关于建立城镇职工基本医疗保险制度的决定》,加快中医医疗机构配套改革;二是如何贯彻党的十五届三中全会精神,切实加强农村中医药工作。下面,我讲几点意见。
Comrades: The meeting of chief directors of the National Traditional Chinese Medicine Office opened in 1999.
