随着我校的新课堂教育实验的开展,我校师生的精神面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化,老师更爱自己的岗位,学生更爱自己的专业,校园里到处是欣欣向荣的局面。回顾我校的新课堂教育实验,自主学习、合作学习、探究学习,是新课堂教育实验中学生学习方式的一个新亮点。合作学习作为一种教学形式,在教学过程中,有效地开展小组合作探究活动,有利于学生体验尝试成功、探索发现快乐。那么,在教学实践中怎样更好地发挥小组合作学习的作用呢?下面我就根据自己的教学实践谈几点感受。
With the development of new classroom education experiments in our school, the mental outlook of teachers and students in our school has undergone tremendous changes. Teachers love their posts more and students love their major more. The campus is booming everywhere. Recalling our new classroom education experiments, autonomous learning, cooperative learning, inquiry learning, is a new bright spot in the new classroom education experiment students learning. Cooperative learning as a form of teaching, in the teaching process, the group to carry out effective exploration activities, is conducive to the success of the student experience to try to explore and find happiness. So, how to play a more effective role of group cooperative learning in teaching practice? Here I will talk about how to feel according to my own teaching practice.
