全国社会保障基金是中央政府集中的社会保障资金,是国家重要的战略储备,主要用于弥补我国人口老龄化高峰时期的社会保障需要。由于人口老龄化、保障水平刚性增长以及通货膨胀风险的存在,迫切要求实现全国社保基金保值增值的有效性。文章将根据养老金积极主义相关理论对全国社保基金的投资运行现状进行分析,并提出加大全国社保基金保值增值力度的相关政策性建议。
The National Social Security Fund is a concentrated social security fund of the Central Government and an important strategic reserve for the country. It is mainly used to make up for the social security needs during the peak period of population aging in our country. The aging of the population, the rigid growth of the security level and the risk of inflation urgently require the realization of the effectiveness of the National Social Security Fund in maintaining and increasing value. Based on the theory of pension activism, the article analyzes the current situation of investment and operation of the National Social Security Fund and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions on how to increase the value of National Social Security Fund.
