1 材料与方法1.1 材料:种衣剂为黑龙江八一农垦大学种衣剂厂提供的35%多、克、福大豆种子包衣剂,供试大豆种子为合丰25号。1.2 种子处理:以种子重量2%种衣剂拌种,晒种5min 后一半用于发芽箱内萌发,萌发温度为26℃,另一半播于小区试验,4行区,10m 行长,4次重复。土壤为碳酸盐黑钙土,播种时间为5月10日,并设对照处理。1.3 发芽率:取400粒包衣种子,分成4份,每份100粒,并设对照区。于发芽箱内26℃萌发,96h 测定发芽率。
