本刊上期介绍了弹性管联轴节和波纹管联轴节。这两种联轴节中由于波纹管与轴套的联接形式对传动精度有一定影响(粘接比银焊的精度高),但波纹管联轴节比同等尺寸的弹性管联轴节传动精度还是要高,所以在要求结构紧凑,传动力矩又不太大,传动精度要求较高时,应采用波纹管联轴节。弹性管联轴节尽管传动精度不如波纹管联轴节,但结构简单,制造容易,可在传动精度要求不太高地方采用。下面要介绍的圆形薄膜联轴节和菱形薄膜联轴节,是传递力矩比较大,传动精度又较高的联轴节,所以应用很广泛。但在设计计算时,应考虑到铆接质量对弹性变形量的影响,因此,要对计算公式引入一个修正系数,这样则更符合实际。
