利用Thermo-Calc软件模拟计算了原始T91钢和不同含量V、Nb的T91钢的平衡相组成。结果表明,原始T91钢随着温度的升高,平衡相M23C6和Z相的含量逐渐减少,到750℃时平衡相中Z相含量很低;不同V、Nb含量T91钢中,随着V含量的升高,相图有向右移动的趋势,平衡相中Z相Nb的含量升高,750℃下,当V含量高于0.20%时平衡相中不存在Z相,低于0.15%时平衡相中有Z相;Nb含量对于T91钢平衡相图和相组成影响较小。
The equilibrium phase composition of T91 steel with different contents of V and Nb was simulated by Thermo-Calc software. The results show that with increasing temperature, the content of M23C6 and Z phase in the balance phase decreases gradually, and the content of Z phase in the balance phase reaches very low at 750 ℃. With the increase of V content , The phase diagram has the tendency of moving to the right. The content of Nb in the Z phase increases in the equilibrium phase. At 750 ° C, the Z phase does not exist in the equilibrium phase when the V content is higher than 0.20%, and is less than 0.15% Phase Z phase; Nb content for the T91 steel phase diagram and phase equilibrium less affected.
