对抗、感小麦品种在拔节期和灌浆期的第二茎节进行还原糖含量的测定,发现抗病材料的还原糖含量极显著地高于感病材料,品种对纹枯病的抗性强弱(病情指数高低)与茎秆内还原糖的含量呈极显著负相关。对灌浆期的小麦茎节进行过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性的测定。结果表明,感病品种病株茎节过氧化物酶的活性较健株的显著升高,多酚氧化酶的活性在病、健株间变化不大;抗病品种病株茎节多酚氧化酶的活性较健株的显著升高,过氧化物酶的活性在病、健株间变化较小。对灌浆期不同小麦品种的旗叶进行酯酶同工酶凝胶电泳,从酶谱谱带上可以看出抗病材料比感病材料多出2条酯酶同工酶谱带。
The results showed that the content of reducing sugar in the resistant material was significantly higher than that of the susceptible material, and the resistance of the cultivars to sheath blight was stronger (Disease index level) and the content of reducing sugars in stems had a significantly negative correlation.
