太极拳是我国宝贵的历史文化遗产,其吸收和发展了我国古代哲学、医学、养生和气功等文化精华,形成了一整套锻炼方法,具有保健、养生、增强体质和开发潜能的效果,深受广大群众喜爱。但初学者对太极拳的“用意不用力”很难理解,文章针对这一问题从太极拳中的“力”与“劲”的关系、力学简析和强身作用几个方面谈了一些自己的粗浅看法。
