湛江中医学校领导班子率领全校教职员工走上了发展的快车道。“知行至善,和谐发展”的办学理念已成为学校发展的精神动力;“明志励学,厚德济生”的校训精神传承着校园文化的灵魂;“关爱学生,善待教师”的管理理念,促进着管理机制的高效运转;“务实、敬业、向上、和谐”的校风,推动着事业的快速向前。学校呈现出科学发展的良好态势,充满生机活力。然而,面对“十二五”中职发展的新形势,只有不断加强特色建设,主动实施品牌战略,才能把学校做大做强,保持可持续发展。学校从以下几个方面进行了积极探索和努力。
