党的十八大报告中首次提出要“建设服务型的马克思主义执政党”的概念,建设服务型政党有着充分的理论依据和现实意义。当前在建设服务型政党中存在着服务意识淡薄,缺乏健全的服务型政党建设的长效机制,群众工作方法落后等问题。因此建设服务型政党需要党员干部始终贯彻群众路线,树立服务意识;健全完善服务制度,实现服务的制度化、规范化和常态化;提高做好新形势下群众工作的能力。
It is the first time that the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party made the report that it is necessary to establish the concept of “building a service-oriented Marxist ruling party” and establish a service-oriented political party with sufficient theoretical and practical significance. At present, there are some problems in the construction of service-oriented political parties, such as weak service awareness, lack of a sound long-term mechanism for building a service-oriented political party and backward working methods for the masses. Therefore, building a service-oriented political party requires party members and cadres to always follow the mass line and establish a sense of service; improve and perfect the service system so as to institutionalize, standardize and normalize services; and improve the ability of mass work in the new situation.
