简要描述了铁水脱硫技术的产生及发展,重点介绍了搅拌脱硫技术的原理、发展和改进。从工艺角度分析了脱硫剂的配比、脱硫渣的碱度、搅拌桨插入深度、搅拌桨转速等工艺参数的改进对提高脱硫效率的影响;从设备角度分析了搅拌驱动设备、升降小车锁紧装置、搅拌桨改进、投料设备、扒渣设备、投料系统等设备的改进对减少设备故障率、提高设备稳定性和降低生产运行成本带来的好处。最终提出了今后搅拌脱硫系统的改进方向,重点是减少脱硫的温降、提高脱硫剂利用率及缩短处理周期。
The emergence and development of hot metal desulphurization technology are briefly described. The principle, development and improvement of agitating desulphurization technology are introduced emphatically. From the technical point of view, the effects of the ratio of desulfurizer, alkalinity of desulfurization slag, insertion depth of impeller, speed of impeller and other process parameters on the desulfurization efficiency were analyzed. The agitation drive equipment, Improvement of equipment, stirring paddle improvement, feeding equipment, slag-removing equipment, feeding system and other equipment to reduce the failure rate of equipment, improve equipment stability and reduce production and operation costs. In the end, the improvement direction of the mixing desulfurization system is put forward in the future. The emphasis is on reducing the temperature drop of desulfurization, increasing the utilization of desulfurizer and shortening the processing cycle.
