在工程机械产品的大型焊接件中,由于结构上的需要,经常采用一种俗称“大小孔”的阶梯孔结构。以铰接式装载机后车架为例,介绍了两种在组合机床上镗削这种阶梯孔的方法:单向进刀加工法和双向进刀加工法;后者又分为三种实施方案:换装刀具法、十字滑台移动法和单向刀盘加工法。分析了各种方法的优缺点并指出,应根据工件的具体结构、尺寸精度要求、机床使用成本等方面综合考虑,选择一种较为合理的工艺方法。
In construction machinery products, large-scale welding parts, due to structural needs, often called a “hole size” of the ladder hole structure. Taking the articulated loader rear frame as an example, two methods for boring the step hole in the combined machine are introduced: one-way infeed and two-way infeed; the latter is divided into three kinds of implementation : Facelift tool law, cross slide movement method and one-way cutter processing. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed and it is pointed out that a more reasonable process method should be selected according to the specific structure of the workpiece, dimensional accuracy requirements, machine tool cost and so on.
