This article introduces the theory of system engineering for steel tube blank steel fabrication in Anyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Through improving the management level of the whole production process and popularizing and applying new technologies, the successful experience of product quality improvement and steady increase of seamless tube quality are introduced.
