在当今建筑行业,特别是民用建筑,因室内三小间地面渗漏引起的客户投诉事件日益增多,造成三小间地面渗漏的原因也各种各样、干差万别,为了减少甚至杜绝此类问题,建筑业在防水材料的选择和应用上也在不断改进。就目前而言,三小间地面防水材料大多数是用聚氨酯防水涂料来施工,不可否认聚氨酯防水涂料有它自身不可替代的优点,但是同时对基层的要求也相对严格。笔者结合多年施工经验,将聚氨酯防水涂料施工注意事项和大家分享一下。
