In 1989, the Chinese Embassy in Sweden handed over 300 historical photographs presented by a Swedish friend for reflecting the history of the late Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China to the comrades of the Western European Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Culture, who are working in Sweden.
