目的提高对多发性骨髓瘤(Multipe myeloma,MM)的影像学认识与诊断率。方法回顾性分析经骨髓穿刺和(或)手术病理证实的48例MM的临床影像学资料。结果 48例多发性骨髓瘤中,误诊率高达58%。48例均呈不同程度及类型的骨质破坏。结论多发性骨髓瘤骨质损害的影像表现具有一定特征性,X线、CT和MRI三者联合应用,可提高多发性骨髓瘤影像学诊断准确性。
Objective To improve the imaging knowledge and diagnosis of multiple myeloma (MM). Methods The clinical imaging data of 48 MM patients proved by bone marrow aspiration and / or surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results 48 cases of multiple myeloma, misdiagnosis rate as high as 58%. 48 cases showed varying degrees and types of bone destruction. Conclusion The imaging manifestations of multiple myeloma have certain characteristics. The combined application of X-ray, CT and MRI can improve the diagnostic accuracy of multiple myeloma.
