跨入21世纪,外资进入中国的形式将进一步多样化,其显著标志是大型跨国公司将利用资金需求上升的机会,加快对华投资进度。市场开放的背景给外国投资者提供了更多的投资机会,使得一直在中国一些重要领域门槛外翘首等待的跨国公司十分振奋。按照加入WTO的承诺,中国将开放一批新的投资领域,逐步降低市场准入限制,这必将再次激起对华投资热潮。而在新一波投资热潮中,以跨国公司为代表的大型企业将成为主角。
In the 21st century, the form of foreign capital entering China will be further diversified. Its significant symbol is that large multinational corporations will use the rising demand for funds to speed up their investment in China. The background of market opening has provided foreign investors with more investment opportunities, making it very exciting for transnational corporations that have been eagerly waiting outside the threshold of some important areas in China. According to the WTO commitments, China will open up a new batch of investment fields and gradually reduce market access restrictions, which will surely stir up an upsurge of investment in China.
