稀盐 ( 0 .0 1mol/LCaCl2 )提取的磷与冬小麦相对吸磷量的线性相关系数r为 0 734 ,达 0 0 1 %显著水平 .与其他化学方法 (如Olsen、Machigin、Al-Abbas、MehlichⅢ、Mesheryakov)和电超滤法 (EUF)的相关性也达 0 1 %显著水平 .该法操作简便、快速、经济 ,还可以在同一提取液中同时测定氮、磷、钾及其它营养元素 ,是测定石灰性土壤有效磷的可靠方法
The linear correlation coefficient r between the phosphorus uptake by dilute salt (0.1 mol / L CaCl2) and winter wheat was 0 734, reaching a significant level of 0 0 1% .Compared with other chemical methods (such as Olsen, Machigin, Al-Abbas, Mehlich III, Mesheryakov) and electrofiltration (EUF) also reached a significant level of 0 1% .The method is simple, rapid and economical, and can simultaneously determine nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients in the same extract , Is a reliable method for determination of available phosphorus in calcareous soil
