目的建立高效液相色谱串联质谱联用(LC-MS-MS)快速测定水中43种农药的方法。方法选用InertsilODS-3色谱柱,5mmol/L醋酸铵和甲醇作为流动相,流速0.2ml/min,柱温为40℃,使用串联质谱检测器检测定量,外标法测定43种农药化合物含量。结果本法测定线性范围为5~100μg/L,线性系数为0.9991~0.9998,方法的最低检测限为1μg/L,回收率能达到94.8%~103.2%,相对标准偏差小于5%。结论本方法操作简单、准确、快速,满足日常大批量水质中农药快速分析要求。
Objective To establish a method for rapid determination of 43 pesticides in water by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS). Methods Inertsil ODS-3 column, 5 mmol / L ammonium acetate and methanol were used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.2 ml / min and the column temperature was 40 ℃. The content of 43 pesticide compounds was determined by tandem mass spectrometry detector. Results The linear range was 5-100 μg / L and the linearity coefficient was 0.9991-0.9998. The detection limit of this method was 1 μg / L, the recovery rate was 94.8% -103.2% and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and rapid to meet the requirements of rapid analysis of pesticides in daily large quantities of water quality.
