目的 :观察根管治疗术与干髓术联合应用治疗牙髓炎临床效果。方法 :选取2014年8月-2017年3月我院收治的牙髓炎患者162例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=81)和治疗组(n=81),对照组给予根管治疗术治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合干髓术治疗,统计比较两组治疗效果。结果 :两组治疗总有效率进行统计比较,治疗组显著优于对照组,组间具有显著性统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:根管治疗术与干髓术联合应用治疗牙髓炎的临床效果优于单独应用根管治疗术,值得临床选择和全面推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of root canal therapy and dry-pulp surgery in the treatment of pulpitis. Methods: A total of 162 pulpitis patients admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to March 2017 were selected as control group (n = 81) and treatment group (n = 81) according to random number table. Group given root canal therapy treatment, the treatment group on this basis combined with dry surgery, statistical comparison of the treatment effect of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of two groups were statistically compared, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, with significant statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of root canal therapy combined with dry-pulp surgery in the treatment of pulpitis is better than that of single root canal therapy, which is worthy of clinical choice and promotion.
