近年来有许多研究表明,心电图V_1导联P波终未电势(Ptfv_1)、心电图QRS计分及超声左室内径对急性心肌梗塞患者的心功能评估方面有重要价值,但它们与平衡法核素左室造影测定射血分数 (EF)的关系国内尚未见报道,本研究测量了AMI康复后患者的Ptfv_1、心电图QRS计分、及超声左室内径,并与同期测定的左室EF比较,以了解它们对评价AMI恢复后心功能的意义。现报导如下:
