杀鼠灵被认为是安全性和灭鼠效力均较理想的灭鼠剂之一,在灭鼠中多以玉米面或大米为基饵配制毒饵。为进一步了解该药的实际灭鼠效力与毒饵剂型的关系,选筛制做简便、灭效高、适口性好、使用方便的毒饵,我们于1986年12月4～22日,在天津市宝坻县赵各庄乡李申子村,用杀鼠灵膨化毒饵做了现场杀灭家鼠试验,并以杀鼠迷玉米面颗粒状毒饵做对照。现将试验结果整理如下:
Warfarin is considered as one of the more effective rodenticides for its safety and anti-rodent efficacy. In rodent control, bait is formulated based on cornmeal or rice. In order to further understand the actual anti-rodent efficacy of the drug and the relationship between bait dosage forms, screening system to do simple, high efficiency, palatability, easy to use bait, we December 4, 1986 ~ 22, in Tianjin Baodi Zhao County Township, Li Shen sub-village, with the Warfarin bulging bait to do on-site killing of domestic rats test, and to kill rats corn particles granular bait control. The test results are summarized as follows:
