郭元祥教授说过:“教育是一种慢的艺术,是一种等待的艺术。教育需要等待,需要耐心,需要平和、平实,甚至需要温和、温情。”然而教师为了能顺利完成预设的教学过程,往往缺乏耐心、缺乏等待,不考虑学生的接受情况,赶进度,反而影响了有效课堂的构建,更影响了学生的长远发展。而如何构建高效的物理课堂,是每个物理教师都需要思考的问题。作为物理教师,在物理课堂教学中需要充分考虑学生主体,给学生留下足够的时间和空间,让他们自觉主动的经历思考、理解、领悟的过程,教师应在学生学习的过程中合理等待,从而构建有效课堂,最终达成目标。笔者认为构建有效课堂,教师在组织课堂教学时,应在以下几个环节合理等待。
