基本建设工作要进一步实现革命化,方向已定,必须坚持。在革命化的过程中,总会碰到各种困难;要革命,就要敢于战胜困难。本刊这次发表了新疆、四川、江苏在全国交通基本建设会议上交流经验的材料,我们可以看到,促进人的思想革命化,是基本建设工作中的“基本建设”。基本建设队伍有了毛泽东思想挂帅,树立全心全意为人民、一心一意为革命的思想,就能不怕吃苦,不避艰险,在任何艰苦环境里,都能意气风发,干劲冲天,使高山低头,叫河水让路。有了这种思想,他们就会自觉地苦练基本功,掌握过硬的技术本领,多快好省地完成建设任务。现在,我们正处在社会主义革命和社会主义建设的新高潮中,我国国民经济已进入了一个新的发展时期,第三个五年计划已开始实行,交通基本建设战线的任务将日益繁重。目前美帝国主义正在日益扩大侵越战争,阴谋把战争强加到我国人民头上。面对这种形势,我们必须继续发扬艰苦奋斗、自力更生的革命精神,争取用最少的投资,最短的时间,在保证高质量的前提下,全面完成和提前完成国家计划规定的基本建设任务。交通基本建设会议有关公路方面经验交流的材料还有很多,除本期刊登的四篇以及已在1966年第一期发表的河南省交通厅有关汝河大桥建设的设计、施工经验外,其余的本刊将陆续选登,以便交流经验,互相学习,共同提高。
The basic construction work needs to be further revolutionized. The direction must be fixed. We must uphold it. In the process of revolution, we always encounter various difficulties; to revolution, we must dare to overcome difficulties. In this issue, we published the materials on exchanging experiences in the national transportation infrastructure construction conference in Xinjiang, Sichuan and Jiangsu. We can see that the promotion of people’s ideological revolution is the “capital construction” in capital construction work. With the ideology of Mao Zedong and the dedication of serving the people and the one heart and one mind as the revolutionary ideas, the capital construction teams can not be afraid of hardships or difficulties and avoid arduous conditions. In any difficult environment, they can bring high spirits and energies to make the mountains bow to the river. With this kind of thinking, they will conscientiously hone their basic skills and master excellent technical skills, completing the construction tasks more efficiently and economically. Now that we are at the new upsurge of socialist revolution and socialist construction, our national economy has entered a new period of development. The implementation of the third five-year plan has begun. The task of traffic basic construction will become increasingly burdensome. At present, U.S. imperialism is increasingly expanding the war of aggression and plotting to impose the war on the people of our country. Faced with this situation, we must continue to carry forward the revolutionary spirit of hard work, self-reliance and strive for the full completion and early completion of the capital construction tasks stipulated in the state plan with the minimum investment, the shortest possible time and the guarantee of high quality. There are many more materials for the exchange of experience in road construction at the Transport Infrastructure Conference. Except for the four articles published in this issue and the design and construction experience of the Henan Provincial Communications Department about the construction of the Ru River Bridge, which was published in the first issue of 1966, Journal will be elected one after another, in order to exchange experiences, learn from each other and work together to improve.
