一、个别上级领导的“名位心理”。新闻媒介要报道会议,要看会议质量及其新闻价值。但是有少数领导同志关心的是“报纸上有名,广播里有声,银屏上有影”。有位县领导,不论大会小会、业务会,工作会,只要他到会讲话,即使插话,县广播电台也必须冠之“重要讲话”放在“头条”作“重头报道”。有一次,县广播电台只在新闻最后提了一句“×××也在会上讲了话”,就很不高兴。第二天一上班,便把宣传部长、广播电视局长、电台台长找去,追查原因。有这种心理的领导同志,要跳出“个人”圈子,从会议目的、社会效益、群众心理、群众利益出发,支持和理解新闻宣传报道工作。
