目的了解患者对北京市朝阳区中医药专家下基层工程的知晓度、满意度以及患者选择到社区就诊中医的影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷进行现场调查,对所得数据进行描述性统计和Logistic回归分析。结果患者对该工程的知晓率为85.83%,对坐诊专家和继承人提供的中医药服务满意度分别为90.46%、88.65%。多因素分析结果显示:患者的性别、是否有工作、是否知晓工程、与社区卫生服务中心的距离、在社区卫生服务中心的就诊时间会影响居民到社区就诊中医的意愿。结论患者对工程的知晓度、满意度较高,政府应继续推进该工程,扩大专家下基层覆盖面,提高继承人的临床技能,促进中医药在基层的发展。
Objective To understand the patients’ awareness and satisfaction with the grassroots project of Chinese medicine experts in Chaoyang District, Beijing and the influencing factors of patients choosing Chinese medicine practitioners in the community. Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used to carry out on-the-spot investigation, and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Logistic regression. Results The patient awareness of the project was 85.83%, satisfaction with Chinese medicine services provided by experts and heirs was 90.46% and 88.65% respectively. The results of multivariate analysis showed that the patients ’gender, whether they have work, whether they knew about the project, distance from community health service centers, and the time spent visiting community health service centers would affect residents’ willingness to visit Chinese medicine clinics in the community. Conclusion The patients’ awareness and satisfaction with the project is high. The government should continue to promote the project, expand the coverage of experts at the grassroots level, improve the clinical skills of heirs and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine at the grassroots level.
