患者,女性,18岁。睡觉后双足轻微疼痛两年。加重呈持续性烧灼样痛1个月。查双足呈“短靴状”皮肤潮红、肿胀明显,皮肤灼热。经阿司匹林、脉络宁、抗生素、中草药及双侧股动脉阻滞等治疗均无效,后行硬膜外腔置管注药止痛。L_4～L_5间隙穿刺,向头侧置管3cm,吗啡2mg加生理盐水稀释至10ml由硬膜外导管注入。1小时后双足痛未能减轻,改用0.25％布比卡因10ml注入,5分钟后疼痛减轻而入睡。次日上午查双足及小腿下端肿胀显著消退,皮肤
