农村学校受经济条件制约和环境风气的影响,发展前景不容乐观。一方面是学生生源素质不高;另外多数是留守儿童;加上农村小学教师老龄化严重,工作创新性不够,主动性不强,教学能力和水平不高,使当前正在进行的新课改举步维艰。本文以农村创建名校为契机,探求发展之路。从“以创新理念,实现教育思想现代化;加大投入,实现办学条件标准化;规范管理,提高教育质量;创设优美的育人环境、营造高品位的文化氛围;”四大领域阐述了创建名校的经验。
Rural schools are subject to economic constraints and environmental ethos, and their development prospects are not optimistic. On the one hand, the quality of students is not high; most of them are left-behind children. Coupled with the serious aging of primary school teachers in rural areas, the lack of initiative in innovation, initiative is not strong, and their teaching ability and level are not high, making the current new curriculum reform difficult .
