自改革开放以来,随着我国社会经济不断发展、城市化建设不断加快,基础设施及房地产投资持续加大,直接驱动了相关产业尤其是建筑工程业的迅速发展,建筑外观不断丰富、建筑规模不断增大、建筑功能更加完善,无论是施工水平还是建造效率,均得到了长足的发展和提高,并形成了非常成熟、庞大、完善的产业链,建筑业早已成为我国主要的支柱型产业之一。短短几十年,我国建筑业就经历了从大规模砖混结构到钢筋混凝土框架、剪力墙等建筑结构技术的跨越式换代发展,而在如今,钢结构又以其独特的优势成为未来建筑业的新兴力量。相比于传统的钢筋混凝土及砌体而言,钢结构是一种相对较新的建筑材料,其具有诸多优势,包括自重较轻、材料强度高、承载力大、易于加工、便于工厂化标准化生产等,在现代超高层建筑、体型复杂的公共建筑、大跨度大空间建筑及现代化工业厂房等有着独特且广泛的应用,而伴随着装配式建筑的兴起,钢结构越发成为建筑业未来的主要发展方向之一。本文以多年的工程实践经验为基础,仅从钢结构在高层建筑中的应用发展入手,就其工程设计和施工安装,结合工程实际发表几点看法,以供相关工程技术人员及教学参考。

Based on many years of practical experience, this article only starts with the application and development of steel structure in high-rise buildings, and gives some opinions on its engineering design, construction and installation, and practical engineering for the relevant engineering technicians and teaching reference.
