广西人的发展经济学研究基地组织完成的重要项目成果《人的发展经济学教程》和《人的发展经济学研究概览》分别由线装书局于2015年7月和9月出版,中国著名马克思主义政治经济学学者、中国研究人的发展经济学的领军者、中国人民大学荣誉一级教授胡钧先生阅读后认为,《人的发展经济学概览》是一本很有价值的书,它把人的发展经济学这门学科建立和发展的过程做了细致准确的概括,非常有利于讨论的进一步深入,极大地增强了我们确立这门学科的信心,为奠定这门学科的理论基础创造更有利的条件;《人的发展经济学教程》强调从物质的生产和分配、民生保障方面探讨人的生存和发展问题的主张,基本上是可以成立的。然而,从这两本书的内容所反映出来的情况来看,在人的发展经济学的研究中有两个方面值得注意。(1)有将人的发展经济学研究引向伦理化的倾向,实际上是将人的发展经济学转变为伦理经济学。当前,社会上有人明确提出政治经济学是伦理经济学。这也是所谓的人本经济学。这是根本违背马克思政治经济学基本理论的。(2)过多关注对具体政策的研究。人的发展经济学作为一门科学、一门学科,不应局限于目前如何扶贫、消灭贫困等全面建成小康社会的具体政策的研究上,而应该把着重点放在对基本理论、基本规律的研究上,更多地关注在认识客观规律的前提下,在目前生产力和生产关系的条件下,如何按照生产力发展规律推动经济发展,如何更自觉地引导经济的发展最大限度地有利于为最终实现人的全面自由发展创造经济的、社会的条件,以使它更快更稳地逐步实现。为此,胡钧教授专为中国第七次人的发展经济学研讨会会议交流撰写了这篇文章。本刊认为,胡钧教授的这篇文章,对当前人的发展经济学的研究具有重要的引领作用。特此刊发,以供读者参考。 Guangxi People’s Development Economics Research Base completed the important project achievements “Human Development Economics Course” and “Human Development Economics Research Overview” were published by the wire bookstore in July and September 2015 respectively, the famous Chinese Marxism After reading Mr. Hu Jun, a political economics scholar and a Chinese researcher in development economics and honorary professor of Renmin University of China, he thought that “Human Development Economics Survey” is a very valuable book, The course of the establishment and development of the development economics disciplines made a detailed and accurate summary, is very conducive to further discussion, which greatly enhanced our confidence in the establishment of this discipline, in order to lay the theoretical basis for the creation of this discipline is more favorable ; The “Guide to the Economics of Human Development” emphasizes that the proposal of exploring the issue of human existence and development from the perspective of material production and distribution and livelihood protection can basically be established. Instead, we should focus our attention on basic theories, basic rules In the research, more attention has been paid to how to promote economic development in accordance with the law of development of productive forces and how to guide the economic development more consciously to the maximum extent possible under the premise of knowing objective laws and under the current conditions of productivity and production relations The full and free development of mankind will create conditions for economy and society so that it can be gradually and quickly realized steadily.
