2000年6月9日,著名美术家赵华胜大型画集首发式暨研计讨会在沈举行。会议厅内,毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民三位伟人的巨幅画像高悬,令会议更显隆重。辽宁省领导闻世震、张国光、王怀远、孙奇、张锡林、王充闾、肖作福、李国忠,沈阳军区领导姜福堂,全国政协常委艾维仁出席了首发式。辽宁省委常委、宣传部部长张锡林发表了祝辞。
