By June, another batch of students were packing and preparing to leave school and go to work. Initially involved in the workplace, college graduates are often labeled as “new workplace” in the name. But like fruit, freshness is always deadline, and some people think that the deadline should be 30 days or longer. From living on campus for more than a decade to work, graduates in addition to excitement, leaving only I am afraid only uneasy. According to the survey, 10% of graduates feel very uncomfortable to go to work within 1 month. At the new flat, the graduates face a completely fresh environment. The 30 days may be only part of the probationary period, but they are enough to understand the basic situation of a flat. At the same time, graduates have the ability to adapt to work. During this time see the outcome. Our plan is dedicated to “fresh people in the workplace.”
