目的:观察干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果。方法:选取2014年4月至2015年4月该院收治的86例患有小儿手足口病的儿童,按照随机平均数字分配法将其分为联合组和常规组,联合组使用干扰素联合炎琥宁,常规组使用炎琥宁,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:两组患儿经过一个疗程的治疗后,联合组的手足皮疹消退时间、口腔溃疡消退时间以及退热时间分别为(2.12±1.23)、(2.36±1.03)、(1.22±1.20),而常规组的三项数据分别为(3.52±2.63)、(4.68±1.65)、(2.79±1.35),由此可见联合组患儿的手足皮疹消退时间、口腔溃疡消退时间以及退热时间明显短于常规组,组间差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:干扰素联合炎琥宁能够有效改善手足口病患儿的手足皮疹和口腔溃疡症状,加快退烧进度,帮助患儿尽快康复。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of interferon combined with midazolam in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods: From April 2014 to April 2015, 86 children with HFMD in our hospital were selected and divided into the combined group and the conventional group according to the randomized average number distribution method. The combined group used interferon combined with inflammation Huning, conventional group using Yan Hu Ning, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results: After one course of treatment, the time of hand-foot skin rash, oral ulcer remission and antipyretic time in the two groups were (2.12 ± 1.23), (2.36 ± 1.03) and (1.22 ± 1.20), respectively (3.52 ± 2.63), (4.68 ± 1.65) and (2.79 ± 1.35) respectively in the conventional group. It can be seen that the hand-foot rash subsidence time, mouth ulcer subsidence time and antipyretic time in the combined group were significantly shorter than those in the control group Conventional group, the difference between the groups was significant (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: Interferon combined with Yanhuning can effectively improve hand, foot and mouth rash in children with foot and mouth disease and oral ulcer symptoms, accelerate the progress of fever, to help children recover quickly.
