一、我国建立社会主义市场经济的理论基础 市场经济不属于社会经济制度问题,它与资本主义经济分属于不同的范畴系列。实行市场经济可以发展资本主义,同样也可以发展社会主义,这正如邓小平同志南巡讲话所提出的“计划经济不等于社会主义,资本主义也可以有计划,市场经济不等于资本主义,社会主义也可以有市场。”社会主义市场经济体制,是我国经济体制改革的新的目标模式,它的涵义是明确的、科学的,即社会主义条件下的市场经济,它既具有现代市场经济的共性,又具有社会主义的特性。
