《国际经济法学刊》(原名《国际经济法论丛》,以下简称《学刊》)创办于1998年,由中国国际经济法学会和厦门大学国际经济法研究所联合主办,由我国著名国际经济法学家陈安教授担任主编。《学刊》先后由法律出版社和北京大学出版社编辑出版,初期每年多为1卷1册,自2005年起每年1卷4期。迄今,已精心编辑出版20卷。《学刊》创办十五年来,始终践行“以文会友,以友辅仁,知识报国,兼济天下”的学会宗旨,立足我国改革开放与建立社会主义市场经济
International Journal of Economic Law (formerly known as “International Economic Law Collection”, hereinafter referred to as “Journal”) was founded in 1998 by the China Institute of International Economic Law and Xiamen University Institute of International Economic Law jointly organized by the famous international Economic law professor Professor Chen An as editor in chief. The Academic Journal has been edited and published by Legal Publishing House and Peking University Press, with more than 1 volume per volume in the initial period and 4 volumes of 1 volume per year from 2005 onwards. To date, 20 volumes have been carefully edited and published. Since its founding fifteen years ago, “Journal” has always insisted on the principle of “enjoying friendship with friends, giving friendship to friends, serving the country with knowledge, and benefiting the world” and based on the reform and opening up in our country and the establishment of a socialist market economy
