近年来,齐鲁石化腈纶厂通过标准化程序管理,综合能耗下降近五分之一,四项主要指标全部跃升为中国石化集团第一名。作为齐鲁石化腈纶厂丙烯腈车间技术组长,杜球以前每遇到重要生产参数的调整总是习惯挑放心的班组来干。“谁经验丰富,谁的技术好,就让谁干。就怕万一调整不好,影响稳定生产。”现在,他的这一担心没有了。2010年开始,腈纶厂开始推行标准化程序管理,对每一个作业动作都进行步骤分解。啥时候调,怎么调,都有标准,谁干都一样。这样一来,丙烯消耗、丙烯腈产品能耗两项主要指标就稳住了,近两年都站在了同行业的前列。
