市场经济的竞争是产品的竞争、技术的竞争,很重要的方面是管理的竞争。企业发展的根本动力是技术的进步,但必须有相应的管理的进步和管理体制的配套才能走上少投入多产出增加效益的良性循环的道路。因此,企业的整体素质是企业跻身于市场竞争的成败的关键。如何提高企业的整体素质,首先必须从提高人的素质入手,这就要求思想政治工作和企业管理的紧密结合。笔者认为,思想政治工作和企业管理的配合要重视四性。
The competition of market economy is the competition of products and the competition of technology. The very important aspect is the competition of management. The fundamental driving force for enterprise development is the progress of technology, but it must have the corresponding management progress and the support of the management system in order to embark on a virtuous cycle of less input and more output to increase efficiency. Therefore, the overall quality of the enterprise is the key to the success or failure of the company in market competition. How to improve the overall quality of a company must first be based on improving people’s quality. This requires a close combination of ideological and political work and corporate management. The author believes that the cooperation between ideological and political work and enterprise management should pay attention to four characteristics.
