目的:探索出以乙醇-水为浸提溶剂的银杏根皮中萜内酯的提取工艺,确定最佳提取参数。方法:通过对银杏根皮提取参数中浸提温度、浸提时间、料液比、浸提醇浓度、浸提酸度进行单因素梯度试验,采用HPLC法检测含量,确定银杏根皮中萜内酯浸提最佳参数。结果:银杏根皮中萜内酯最佳浸提条件:浸提时间2h;料液比1∶15;浸提温度50℃;浸提液pH3;30%乙醇。结论:以乙醇-水为溶剂从银杏根皮中提取萜内酯的方法具可行性和生产应用价值。
Objective: To explore the extraction process of terpene lactones in ginkgo bark with ethanol - water as extraction solvent, and to determine the best extraction parameters. Methods: Single factor gradient test was carried out on extraction parameters of root bark of Ginkgo biloba, such as extraction temperature, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio, alcohol concentration and acidity. The contents of terpene lactones Leaching the best parameters. Results: The optimal extraction conditions of terpene lactones in root bark of Ginkgo biloba were as follows: extraction time 2h; ratio of material to liquid 1:15; extraction temperature 50 ℃; extract pH3; 30% ethanol. CONCLUSION: The method of extracting terpene lactones from the ginkgo root bark with ethanol-water as solvent has the feasibility and application value.
