作者认为伊斯兰人权伦理体系是基于宗教伦理背景下提出,是一种以宗教属性为特征的人权伦理观,其目的是在真主的引领下,保障人的最基本权利,维护家庭、社会的和谐发展。本文从伊斯兰人权伦理思想的理论基点、扩展范围和现实意义三个方面对伊斯兰人权伦理思想进行初步论述,肯定伊斯兰人权伦理概念的可能性,并尝试探寻伊斯兰人权伦理对国际人权及全球伦理所具有的重要现实意义。
The author thinks that the system of ethics of human rights in Islam is based on religious ethics. It is a kind of ethics of human rights characterized by religious attributes. Its purpose is to protect the most basic human rights and to promote the harmonious development of family and society under the guidance of Allah . This essay tentatively discusses Islamic ethics thoughts from three aspects: the theoretical basis of Islamic human rights ethics, the scope of its extension and its practical significance. It affirms the possibility of the concept of Islamic human rights ethics and tries to find out what Islamic human rights ethics have for international human rights and global ethics The important practical significance.
